Participation in Activities develops us into well-rounded people.  We engage with others to develop outside interests and expose us to new and differing points of view.   By contributing in the larger world, we demonstrate that Chi Omega makes a difference in the lives of women.

Some examples of Kappa Mu's leadership is as follows:

-23 Sisters hold executive positions in a CCO club.

-Chi Omega sisters hold 8 positions in Student Government including 3 executive board positions as the student body president, Class of 2015 president, and Class of 2016 president.

-7 of our sisters are Division 1 athletes, ranging from Rowing to Softball to Swim to Cheer and Dance.

-26 Chi Omegas are in Habitat for Humanity and 11 have gone on alternative spring break trips for Habitat.

-3 of our sisters traveled overseas on an alternative spring break trip this year.

-7 of our sisters are on SHU Force, and 11 play a club sport in addition to that.

-The President of the Theater Arts Program, which holds 5 Chi Omegas, is a Chi Omega.

-More than half of our chapter participates in work-study, and 40 of our sisters are in a club for their major.

-8 Sisters are in National Honors Societies, and 5 are RA's.

-Chi Omega has roughly a dozen Student Ambassadors and 7 girls tutor in the JLC.
