Make-A-Wish Foundation
The Make-A-Wish Foundation is Chi Omega Fraternity's National Philanthropy. Since the start of our alliance, Chi Omegas have made a difference in many children's lives through volunteering time, talents, and dollars. The Make-A-Wish Foundation has honored Chi Omega for the incredible volunteer efforts of our members.

For seven years, the Bay Area Texas Chi Omega Alumnae Chapter hosted an annual Make-A-Wish Dinner, co-chaired by Holly Perry (Alpha Zeta, Texas State) and Wendy Shaw (Epsilon Zeta, Stephen F. Austin).

Held at Perry's Steakhouse & Grille, the dinner consisted of a five course meal, silent and live auctions, and a raffle. Over these seven years, more than $430,000 was raised, which allowed 70 children to have their wishes granted. In the 2012 Chi Omega Convention, we were awarded the National Service Award for our success in our Make-A-Wish efforts!
