4/16 We had our 120th Eleusinia Celebration with Pi Alpha and the Cincinnati Area Alums at the Cincinnati Woman's Club in Clifton on April 7. The evening was an overwhelming success that included organizational updates at a national, local and collegiate level followed by a special address from sister Anne Emmerth, a Sigma Alpha alum. She shared stories from her life as a Chi Omega, exemplifying the multiple avenues to continue involvement post college life. We ended the evening with special ceremonies celebrating our 50 year members and our Pi Alpha seniors who are preparing for graduation and life as alums.
3/12 Celebrate our beloved organization on April 7 at The Woman's Club. More information is available under our calendar of events. Tickets are available until March 31. Purchase here!

2/4/15 We had a fantastic time packaging soap and personal care items at Matthew 25 Ministries for our volunteer event on January 31. Thanks to all sisters who came out! (Sorry to those that got cut off in the picture, it had to be cropped to upload). We got to tour the facility with Pi Alpha sisters and learn how Matthew 25 Ministries makes a difference in the U.S. and other countries. Overall it was a great experience! We hope to plan more volunteer efforts in the future.

It all began on April 5, 1895, at the University of Arkansas when four young women, with the help of a local dentist, established the secrets and symbolism that today bind over 260,000 women. This small band of women founded Chi Omega after realizing a need for an organization that would foster both friendship and respect for the potential and inherent value of women. Over the years, Chi Omega has provided its members with unique opportunities in leadership, scholarship, and lifelong friendship - striving to provide each Sister with a commitment to personal integrity, excellence in academic and intellectual pursuits, intergenerational participation, community service, leadership opportunities and social enrichment.
