You spoke and we listened! The survey results showed that most people were somewhat satisfied with the variety of activities the alumnae board planned.  Many of you had lots of suggestions for future events, so stay tuned to your e-mail.  We have lots going on this summer for those people who will be in town, and we have lots of events planned for the Fall as well.  We are really looking forward to getting more alumnae involved in our organization!!

Our Story
It all began on April 5, 1895, at the University of Arkansas when four young women, with the help of a local dentist, established the secrets and symbolism that today bind over 260,000 women. This small band of women founded Chi Omega after realizing a need for an organization that would foster both friendship and respect for the potential and inherent value of women. Over the years, Chi Omega has provided its members with unique opportunities in leadership, scholarship, and lifelong friendship - striving to provide each Sister with a commitment to personal integrity, excellence in academic and intellectual pursuits, intergenerational participation, community service, leadership opportunities and social enrichment.

Scholarship
Sincere Learning and Creditable Scholarship means that we care about our intellectual development.  We embrace the spirit and excitement of learning throughout our lives and encourage others to better themselves.

Do you need a tutor?  Whether for yourself or your son or daughter, a Chi O sister can help you out!  Meha Singh can tutor elementary, high school or college aged students in the following areas: English, History, Humanities, Algebra, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, Math, Sciences (such as Biology, Chemistry and Physics).  Meha can also help students prepare for the ACT and SAT.  If interested, please contact Meha Singh at tutor.expert@yahoo.com.  She will e-mail her resume upon request.

We're so glad you found our website, and hope you will join in the fun and sisterhood of the Greater Cincinnati Chi Omega Alumnae. We have planned a variety of activities each month, designed to appeal to each Chi Omega sister.

If you are new to the area or are just new to the Chi Omega alumnae association, send us an email at cincychio@gmail.com and we will add you to our e-mail and e-vite list.

Because we know that everyone's schedules these days are hectic, you can be as involved in the Cincinnati alumnae association as you want to be -- attend every event or an event here or there, host or help plan events, or serve on the board.
